PowerPoint presentation design
I design presentations in which the content guides the audience and the visual work helps explain it. I can improve an existing PowerPoint file or create slide layouts from prepared material. We start with how it will be used: a live talk, a sales conversation, a training session or a document sent for independent reading.
Who is this service for?
This service suits businesses preparing offers, reports and training materials, as well as people explaining a complex topic. A slide accompanying a speaker has different requirements from a presentation read without a presenter. Understanding that difference helps determine text density, chart labels and the pace of the story.
Story structure and hierarchy
Before styling individual slides, we establish their sequence and each slide's main point. A long paragraph can become steps, a comparison or a simple diagram where the content supports that structure. Not every fact needs an infographic. Titles, evidence and commentary should support the same message, helping the audience understand what they are meant to remember from each slide.
Charts that preserve meaning
Charts need clear units, labels and sources where appropriate. I work with data supplied by the client; design is not a reason to invent results or conceal values. When changing a chart type, we check that the comparison still means the same thing. If the presentation will be updated, we agree which elements need to remain editable and how the team will maintain them.
A file the team can use
Repeatable layouts, consistent type and logical spacing make future editing easier. We agree slide proportions, software version, font availability and PDF export requirements. The file should be checked on the device used for the meeting. Animation can support a spoken sequence, but effects should suit the use case: a presentation sent as a PDF needs to communicate without playing any transitions. A polished preview is only useful if the delivered format works for the person presenting.

- Review visual direction on representative layouts.
- Develop remaining slides and content visualisations.
- Check copy and data before receiving the approved file.
Scope and quotation
Slide count, content density, charts, animation and the state of the supplied material affect cost. Writing a presentation from scratch, analysing data and translation require separate scope. The pricing page describes a basic presentation and a more visually developed option so that the starting point is explicit.

The public gallery demonstrates general graphic design work. It does not currently contain a documented client presentation case study. We agree direction using the supplied material; a service preview is not presented as evidence of a commission for a particular business.
