Vikash Singh · Remote collaboration
Graphic design and print materials
I design graphic materials that present a business offer clearly and consistently. The brief might be a business card, an event poster, a service leaflet or a group of formats based on one visual direction. Collaboration is remote, including projects for clients in Poland.
Who is this service for?
This service suits service businesses, small brands and people organising a promotion or event. It also helps when a company already has a logo but its materials look inconsistent. We begin with the audience, the distribution setting and the main message someone should remember after seeing the design.
Leaflet design
A leaflet needs a clear information order: offer, benefits, practical details and contact. I organise supplied copy so that everything does not compete at the same size. For a double-sided leaflet, information is divided between the sides; folded material also needs a reading order that works after folding. We confirm dimensions, page count and folds before layout begins so the design corresponds to the specification sent to the printer.
Poster design
A poster should be readable from the distance appropriate to its location. Its title, date, venue and call to action have different roles in the composition. I develop a clear focal point and check that details remain useful when the format changes. If you also need social media versions, we treat them as layout adaptations instead of simply shrinking the entire poster. The same campaign can stay consistent while allowing each format to do its job.
Business card design
On a small surface, contact readability, logo proportions and empty space matter. A project can include front and back layouts, versions for different team members and a QR code leading to an agreed destination. Before export, we check names, phone numbers, email and website spelling. A QR code should also be tested at the actual printed size; an attractive screen mockup does not replace that check.
Print files and design previews
A preview helps assess appearance; the production file must meet the printer's requirements. We agree dimensions, bleed, safe margins, colour preparation and export settings. The selected printer's specification takes precedence over generic assumptions. Graphic design does not automatically include printing, paper, finishes or delivery, which should be arranged as separate parts of the project.
Deliverables
- Design of the agreed material and page count
- Preview for content and layout approval
- Print file prepared against the supplied specification
- Digital versions and editable files as agreed in the quotation
What to include in your brief
- Material type, dimensions, pages and intended distribution
- Final copy, contact details, logo and available images
- Brand guidelines and your printer's specification
- Variants, languages and file delivery deadline
How we work together
- Agree the purpose and collect the content.
- Develop the visual direction and information hierarchy.
- Review the layout and provide consolidated feedback.
- Approve the details before I prepare the final files.
Scope and quotation
Format, pages, variants, image editing and revision scope affect the quotation. Copywriting, image licensing and printing are discussed separately. If the business does not yet have a logo or a visual foundation, it may be useful to discuss its identity first.
Review pricing and package scopeExamples and portfolio
The gallery includes promotional poster and business card concepts. They remain labelled as concepts or mockups: they demonstrate composition and visual work rather than a client relationship with every pictured brand.
